Data Deletion and Privacy Requests

Email privacy@metricanic.com with your request and enough information to identify the relevant account or data. You do not need an account to contact us. Do not send passwords or sensitive documents unless we request them through an appropriate channel.

We may verify your identity or authority for access, correction, export or deletion. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or permitted claims.

For data collected by a Metricanic customer, contact the relevant website or advertiser. Where we process data on its behalf, we handle requests under the DPA and applicable law, including referring requests to that customer when appropriate.
